Creative Visualization

Creative Visualization is the first proven effective method. If you visualize correctively, you too will benefit from this effective method. You just have to trust the process and go with it. Keep at it. Doing it one time will not help . Daily practice of this is needed. *Visual: With this method the person sees images in his mind. Images representing something can be seen as pictures in the mind and often as moving pictures or  subconscious movies.
*Kinesthetic: A persons emotions is the driving force behind the effectiveness here. The person will imagine feeling the results. What occurs is people are actually imagining the exact feelings as if their goals and dreams are occurring imagining what that would be like.

Each method may work differently for different people . One person will use one method while another will use another type. The bottom line is that you use the one that works for you and use it regularly. That is the primary  factor.

The purpose behind performing this routine everyday is to train your mind and exercise your mind muscle so you can get used to it. You will see that it will be easier as you practice it more. Beginners  at creative visualization should choose one method that they are comfortable with, establish a routine of regularly practicing it , then add another method, then finally all three types. This way you get three times the power and your intentions will be reinforced more and more

Meditation

There is no better way to reprogram your subconscious mind than by meditation. By meditating you can reach your subconscious mind directly. By doing this any thoughts or input you receive will automatically go into your subconscious mind. In addition, while you are in this meditative state any pictures or images  that you see in your mind are processed by your subconscious immediately and brain stores for use later. Positive Self-affirmations
The subconscious can also be led to direct your mind with positive self-affirmations. Each morning, with enthusiasm repeat your goals and desires for personal growth as an intent. Your brain will accept affirmations more easily when they are stated with emotion and intent. The longer you practice exercising with positive affirmations you will be stronger in your belief of your goals and thus subconsciously bring them about.

Creating a Positive Environment

To implement this method, find a place where you normally get work done either for your job or education. Next, hang up a few positive and motivational pictures or posters. The more posters you put up , the lesser the negative thoughts you will think of and the faster your subconscious mind will internalize those positive beliefs. Your mind is simply awesome, it can now automatically program those positive phrases in your posters. You may not even notice it at first but it won’t be long until these pictures, quotes, motivational phrases become part of you and see your achievement of your goals personally and professionally.
